Kolm Tilli is a restaurant inspired by the street kitchens of the world located in Aparaaditehas in Tartu.

The underlying concept of street cuisine is the preparation of street food – an open kitchen is the heart of the place, next to which there is a separate corner for pizza making and for baked goods, and all this is supported by a cocktail bar following world trends and classics. Visitors can watch their food and drink being prepared from the first moment of preparation to a delicious meal.

Kolm Tilli starts early in the morning and ends late in the evening. One of the largest restaurants in Estonia offers taste experiences for everyone with its exciting cultural programme. First, we invite our guests to a wonderful breakfast, and from there the sky is the limit.

The à la carte street food menu of Kolm Tilli is like a small map of the world, with the possibility to go on a journey across street food from all over the world with just one visit. From bao buns from Taiwan to Spanish churros, from Korean kimchi to American Mac 'n' cheese, these are only a few examples of the comprehensive street food menu awaiting you in our restaurant. Pizza

When you say Kolm Tilli, you mean pizza. We are determined to offer the best pizza experience in the southern states. The pizzas at Kolm Tilli are made in Naples-style, characterised by a thin crust and raised edges. Naples is also the birthplace of the world's most famous pizza – Margherita, where the principle of ‘less is more’ applies. We want to take our guests on a journey through flavours, for which the pizza masters have put together an excellent pizza menu. There you can find classics such as Diavola and Crudo, as well as more exciting flavour combinations, such as smoked cheese-bacon and kimchi pizzas. To ensure the best quality, we have selected the most delicious exotic ingredients ourselves – from Italy. Mon-Fri from 15:00, Sat-Sun from 12:00.

Pizza on Wheels

"Pizza on Wheels" is our pizza car, which also allows everyone to try the wonderful pizzas of Kolm Tilli outside the restaurant located in Aparaaditehas in Tartu. We make Naples-style pizzas and use a wood-fired oven for this.
